  • 800 g Chopped veal
  • 10 leaves Sage
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Orange
  • 6 tranches soft bread
  • 15 cl Milk
  • 2 tablespoon. soup Instant Polenta
  • 75 cl Tomato coulis
  • 3 c. soup Marsala
  • 4 c. soup Olive oil
  • Salt as well as pepper from the mill
  1. Peel as well as slice the onion. Chop the sage as well as grate the passion of the orange. Put the pieces of bread to take in the milk.
