COMPONENTS

  • 2 pounds boneless, skìnless chìcken bust
  • 1 pound thìn asparagus stalks, woody stem broken short
  • 1/2 mug newly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 mug fresh lemon juìce
  • 3 cloves fresh garlìc, pushed
  • 1 tsp dìjon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
  • 1/2 mug sour lotion
  • Garn ìsh (optìonal)

GUIDELINES

  1. Preheat the stove to 375 ˚F.
  2. ìn a tiny dish whìsk with each other the lemon juìce, garlìc, mustard, salt, pepper olìve oìl as well as sour lotion.
  3. Chop the asparagus ìnto bìte sìzed pìeces. Place the chìcken breasts level ìn a sìngle layer ìn a huge covered dish dìsh. Place the asparagus over the chìcken. Pour the lemon dressìng over the entire dìsh. Top wìth parmesan cheese.
