Violet liquor, simple

  • 17,5 cl Water
  • 17,5 cl Water
  • 200 g Fresh violets
  • 475 g Caster sugar
  1. Make a syrup by liquifying the sugar in 17
  2. cl of water over tool warmth. Let cool.
    2 Remove the stems as well as stamens from the violets to maintain just the flowers.
    Infuse them in the brandy for 6 mins. Filter them.
    3 Mix the syrup with the brandy seasoned with violet.
    Bottle as well as seal securely.
    4 Let it age prior to sampling.
